Return & Cancellation Policy

We have a 15‑day return policy. If 15 days have passed since your order was delivered, we are unable to offer a refund or exchange.

Before You Return an Item

Please contact us at store@cfr.org before sending any item back.
Return authorization is required for all returns and exchanges.

Eligibility for Returns

To be eligible for a return or exchange:

• Items must be unused and in the same condition as received.

• Items must be returned in their original packaging.

If you received the incorrect item, please contact us within 15 days. Items must be returned sealed, with the packing slip and original packaging.

Missing or Damaged Orders

If your order arrives damaged or does not arrive, please contact us for a full refund.

How to Return Your Item

We strongly recommend using a trackable shipping method, as we cannot be responsible for returned packages lost in transit.

Please include your packing slip or order confirmation number inside the package.

Refunds

Refunds are processed within 5–7 business days after your returned item is received and inspected. Refunds will be issued to the original method of payment.

Cancellation policy:

If you wish to cancel your order, please do so within 24 hours of placing your order and you will receive a full refund.

Please allow 5-7 business days for your refund to be processed in your account.
